Which binder works best?

Binders. They organize. They create a space for all your stuff. They turn your piles into a more manageable space. They take the chaos and order it just enough to relieve some stress. But did you know there are tricks to finding the right one? Here are a few that just might help you in your search for the perfect binder:

  • Binders come in 7 different sizes. The size measurement comes from the width of the spine. The options to choose from are .5”, 1”, 1.5”, 2”, 3”, 4”, and 5”.
  • For more paper bulk, you will need a D ring binder, one whose rings literally look like a D. It is easier on the punch holes when opening and closing the binder often.
  • ALWAYS find a binder whose rings are located on the back flap of the binder, not the spine. This will keep your paper from curling every time you look for a certain document. Flat paper means it’s longer lasting and you won’t have to reprint every time it rips! I hope this has been helpful!
